Case Study · Event Films
When the room only happens once.
Galas, festivals, conferences, and client parties. A live event is unrepeatable, so the coverage has to be fast, complete, and edited to travel the moment it ends. We produce recap films, teasers, and interview cutdowns across Toronto, some recurring year over year.

Recap films, teasers, interviews, social cutdowns
On-site Capture, Interviews, and Editorial. Filmed and cut by one team, delivered same week.
The Brief
Event work lives and dies on turnaround and coverage. Miss a moment and it is gone; deliver late and the momentum is gone with it. We cover the room end to end, then cut recaps and teasers built to keep an event alive on social long after the doors close.
What We Delivered
Annual Partnership
Recurring recap coverage for POM, Toronto’s Armenian film festival. A multi-year partnership covering the gala, the screenings, and the community moments around them.
Industry Event
Media coverage for Reel Brokerage’s Production Mastery event, including interviews with CEO Tamir and COO Jenna. We delivered a full recap and a teaser built to drive post-event engagement.
Experiential Event
Recap film plus full photo coverage of the inaugural IRL event, a luxury networking night with supercars, fire performers, close-up magic, and cocktail activations. We ran video, candid photography, and a branded media wall across the night.

Client Event
An event recap for the W Group, capturing testimonials, candid moments, and the energy of their annual client appreciation party.
The Approach
We shoot events for the edit: the wide that sets the room, the details that sell the production value, the candid reactions that make people feel like they were there. Then we cut two ways, a full recap for the record and a short teaser for the feed.
Turnaround is the product. The faster a recap lands while the event is still fresh, the more reach it earns, and for recurring partners like POM, each year builds on the last.
