A driver-recruitment ad for Ontario, built from scratch with no live footage, no shoot budget, and no full app assets. Entirely AI-generated stills and cinematic motion, finished in Premiere.

The Brief

MoovDrop needed a high-energy social ad to recruit drivers across Ontario, with zero live-action footage, no shoot budget, and only two website screenshots as product reference. It had to feel credible and North American.

We framed the offer from the driver's side, one idea: turn your vehicle into income, supported by three pillars: earn income, flexible schedule, easy access.

The Approach

Storyboarded, then generated.

We designed the spot like a storyboard first, generating hero stills for each beat with Higgsfield and other models, locking framing before any motion. Using only two screenshots as anchors, we generated the missing app screens, popups, and interaction states.

Approved stills were animated into cinematic clips with Kling and Google Veo, using start-and-end-frame control for motivated movement that feels shot, not stitched. Assembled and finished in Premiere: tight 24-second pacing, typography for the three pillars, and sound design.

No crew, no footage, no budget. One operator, start to finish.
