Two studios, one content engine.

F45 Training and its low-impact sister studio FS8 brought us in as their content partner. We covered a studio launch event, produced paid ads to drive membership, and built a recurring member spotlight series, the human stories that make a gym feel like more than a gym.

The Brief

F45 is functional team training; FS8 is its low-impact sister studio built around strength, Pilates, and yoga. Both needed content that did two jobs at once: fill classes through paid ads, and build community so members stayed.

A gym lives or dies on retention. The work had to sell the workout to people outside, and make the people already inside feel seen.

The Approach

The members are the marketing.

Anyone can shoot a gym. The retention comes from the stories. We built the member spotlight series around real journeys, the most moving following a member through cancer treatment and back into the studio, and let those films carry the brand further than any ad could.

For acquisition we kept the ads fast and high-energy: the class, the floor, the community, cut for the scroll. Same crew, same kit, two studios, every piece finished in-house.
