The Brief
BCRPM needed more than social content. They needed a system that could run as paid ads, each video designed to attract a specific type of landlord and drive them to DM a keyword. Not organic posting, a lead-generation machine built on short-form video.
Every video was scripted from a specific objection or pain point: 'I live nearby, I don't need a PM,' 'I only have 1-3 doors,' 'when rent is late.' Each script carries on-screen text beats, shot lists, and editing notes, and ends with a unique CTA: DM keyword, link click, or lead magnet.

We mapped 20 objections to 20 videos, each with a tailored CTA: DM keywords for direct leads, link clicks for landing pages, lead magnets for nurture. Scripts were one-take friendly with kinetic captions written in.
Two speakers, one consistent set and look, fast jump cuts and gold highlight words. Every video was built for ad distribution, so the library runs as a full-funnel acquisition system, not just social posts.
